Terrible. They won’t deliver packages cause the snow is “too dangerous” but my mail box and walk way is clean and everywhere else looks just like ours. The inside people Usually great but phones and drivers are terrible and lazy.

Worst post office ever! 1st bad experience was in April. I had placed our mail on hold I had a rubber bracelet sent to the address on hold. Instead of holding it the delivered it. Then when we called they said they had it but didn’t. Have never received the bracelet. 2nd time I put a mail forward in I attempted to have the address changed through where I ordered it. But it didn’t happen I had my mom take the package to be forwarded Instead they are returning it to the sender. Even after calling there 2 times. So we will be calling again and will not get off until they fix the issue.

They take my out going mail but always forget to put my mail in my mail box this been on going for the past 7 months Sparta Wisconsin lacks.

We have hd multiple packages broken and damaged directly due to the mail carrier’ care of the package. We have had several packages thrown from about 15 feet from our walk way onto our front steps. We have complained with Sparta office about this several times and it continues to occur. We have asked that our carrier be removed from our route however she still remains. We also have had issues with all of our mail coming on the last day of the week and zero mail delivered during the beginning and middle of the week. Its as if our carrier stock piles our mail for a single day delivery. If i could choose who to use for shipments, I would choose a different company over USPS every time.
